Looking at innovative ways to demonstrate new learning and teach each other

During their Philosophy lesson Year 12 students looked at innovative ways to demonstrate new learning and teach each other.

Students were asked to identify Plato’s allegory of the cave and then demonstrate an aspect of the allegory – explaining what the teaching is with regards to How do we know things? They used Playdoh to create scenes from Plato's allegory of the cave. Each student had to pick a section of the allegory and present it explaining what the allegory tells us about life, forms and realities.
